If you’re a patient or caregiver with questions about appointments or services, we’re here to help.
New Patients: For any diagnostic services or consultations listed on our website, or if you believe we can assist you, please speak with your primary care provider to request a referral. Once your doctor refers you to One Heart Care, we will contact you to schedule an appointment and guide you through the next steps.
If you have a preferred physician, you can call us at (905) 804-7000 and use our directory to select them directly.
Returning Patients: To book a follow-up appointment, please call us at (905) 804-7000, extension 1.
Emergency: If you are experiencing urgent heart symptoms or serious concerns, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department, where medical staff are equipped to provide immediate care.

We welcome physician referrals and clinical inquiries. Our team works closely with general practitioners and specialists to ensure continuity of care.

Our Location
We’re proud to serve our community from our current home in Mississauga, with plans to expand in the near future to better meet the needs of patients across the region and beyond.

For your convenience, on-site parking is available and managed by a third-party provider at a flat rate of $7.00. Payment can be made using debit or credit card.

Our team is available Monday to Friday to support both routine and urgent cardiac care needs.
